We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with its original packaging by shipping it back to us.
As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order (minus the shipping cost). If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of return item(s).

03 Changing or canceling an order
Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
However if an order has already shipped out, than we will need to receive the return item(s) before we process your request.
NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.
And you are responsible for the shipping cost of return item(s).
04 Managing your account
Having an online account with us allows you to check out faster, review past orders, save frequently used addresses, and get the latest on sales and new arrivals. All you need to create an account is a valid email address.
When you make your first purchase, we automatically give you an online account. You can also set it up yourself.
05 I didn't receive my order
First, verify your shipping address, to do this, log into your account and check your order history.
Secondly, when you placed an order, we provide an estimated delivery date. Please make sure you allow the estimated delivery date to pass before contacting us.
If the estimated delivery date has expired and you still did not receive your order, please contact us.
06 Is it possible to order a custom artwork?
All artwork on the site is created through Photoshop. And it is printed on sintra. However if you would like a custom size or have it printed on canvas, we can accommodate.

09 Where do you ship?
We are based in Canada but we shipped internationally.
10 How much does it cost to ship to my location?
We use Canada Post to ship all of our products.
On the Cart page, once you entered your shipping address, the system will provide you a shipping cost. It will also provide you with an approximate time of delivery. Please note, those living in urban centres tends to receive their package(s) earlier than those living in rural areas.
The flat rate is generally the cheapest shipping rate we can provide you. To figure its approximate delivery date, if you look at the other delivery options below it, the delivery options with the longest approximate number of days for you to receive your package(s) will be similar to the flat rate delivery date.
11 Can I still make a purchase if I do not have a PayPal account?
Yes, you can. We use PayPal to process all the credit cards.
You can pay with PayPal whether you have an account with PayPal or not. If you already have an account with PayPal, than you can log into PayPal to pay for the purchase by entering your email and password.
If you do not have an account with PayPal, on the PayPal screen, directly below the blue “Log In” button, you will see the button “Pay with credit or Visa Debit card“. Click on it and fill out the form to complete your purchase.
Please note that PayPal keep all of your information safe and secure. When you make a payment using PayPal, we won’t receive any of your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. All we receive is your payment.
12 What is the currency used on the site?
Since we are a Canadian company, the currency used on our site is in Canadian dollars.
If you live in another country, during checkout with PayPal, currency conversion will be automatically process by your credit card. You will see the conversion on your credit card statement.
